1. General Information
Every Bloom Flowers operates an online store selling dahlia tubers and related products. We are based in Burlington, Washington and ship within the United States only.
2. Product Availability & Ordering
All sales are subject to product availability. We do our best to ensure accurate inventory, but if an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a refund.
Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to change without notice.
We accept payments through credit and debit cards at this time.
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the U.S. only. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
All tuber orders are shipped once the chance of frost has passed in your area. This will be approximately in mid April.
5. Live Product Policy
Dahlia tubers are perishable, live products and should be handled with care upon arrival.
We guarantee that tubers are viable and have a healthy body and eye at the time of shipment. However, we do not guarantee growth, blooming, or survival after planting, as many factors (soil, climate, care) are beyond our control.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on dahlia tubers.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review. We may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed.
7. Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for any issues arising from improper planting, weather conditions, pests, or other factors affecting the growth of dahlia tubers.
By purchasing from us, you accept the inherent risks of growing live plants.
8. Taxes
Sales tax will be applied where required by law. Buyers are responsible for any additional local or state tax obligations.
9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and will never sell or share your personal information. Any data collected is used solely for order processing and customer service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with Washington state law.
