Welcome to Every Bloom Flowers! We are committed to providing high-quality dahlia tubers to our customers across the United States. Please read our policies carefully before placing an order.

Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is limited and may sell out quickly.

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept only credit/debit cards. Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship dahlia tubers within the United States only.

  • Shipping will begin in April as weather conditions allow.

  • Tubers are shipped via USPS.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.

Tuber Quality & Guarantee

  • We guarantee that all tubers are healthy and viable at the time of shipment. Each tuber will have at least one visible eye as well as a healthy tuber body & neck. Due to the nature of live plant products, we cannot guarantee growth, as success depends on factors beyond our control, such as soil, climate, and care.

  • If you receive a tuber that is soft, rotten, or otherwise damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns on live plant material.

  • Refunds or replacements will only be issued for tubers that arrive in unsatisfactory condition and are reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We are not responsible for tubers that fail to grow due to improper storage, planting conditions, or weather-related damage.

Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, cancellations may not be possible.

  • We cannot accommodate changes to orders after they have been processed for shipping.

Liability Disclaimer

  • Every Bloom Flowers is not responsible for any issues arising from improper planting, pests, diseases, or weather conditions. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that dahlia tuber growth is subject to environmental factors beyond our control.
